Description:
This position is responsible for oversight of validation, qualification, and testing activity of new platforms and processes. The incumbent initiates and lead process improvement efforts and applies six sigma and lean tools to critical business processes driving improvements across functional areas.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, statistics program.
• 5 years experience in pharmaceutical, biotech and/or medical device industry with advanced training in statistical analysis tools
• Certified quality engineer, must be currently certified
• Strong lean manufacturing hands-on experience
• Certified Six Sigma green belt. Must have documentation of completed projects

Desired Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in engineering/science/statistics program
• 7 years experience in pharmaceutical, biotech and/or medical device industry with advanced training in statistical analysis tools
• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt. Must have documentation of completed projects
• Advanced lean manufacturing background and hand-on experience
