POSITION: Process Engineer Manager

JOB PROFILE:
World-class manufacturer seeks a Process Engineering Guru to provide technical expertise and strategic vision in support of manufacturing processes. You will be involved in project identification and development and support process development for new processes and products.
· Analyze and provide solutions to optimize manufacturing processes as well as provide optimal equipment and product functionality
· Expertise providing optimization of processing machinery
· Experience providing leadership to engineers and prioritizing engineering workload
· Work cross-functionally to facilitate best practices and process initiatives
· Use project management skills to manage multiple projects
· Provide staff training

REQUIREMENTS:
· BS degree in engineering – Chemical or Mechanical
· Experience in a food, beverage or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
· Six Sigma certified
· Demonstrated understanding and application of food, beverage or pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, product optimization principles and process machinery
