Medicity, a leading provider of software products and solutions for the U.S. Healthcare market, is aggressively expanding its Research & Development team to continue delivering innovative products for a fast growing list of Fortune 500 customers.
The Curriculum Developer/Trainer will be responsible for writing and creating Medicity's training curriculum as well as setting up on site, remote, internal and external training programs and following up with clients. This position is critical to the overall success as the Trainers are the “face” of Medicity that all clients will see and utilize as an ongoing resource. This person will participate in achieving the overall mission and vision of the Medicity Product Suite to provide real time clinical information across the globe by providing such training in a professional and complete manner.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain training curriculum and materials
• Provide suggestions for improvements to product documentation
• Work in a team environment to ensure all customers’ needs are met, including physician practices and other project stakeholders
• Follow-up of all pre-enrollment and enrollment applications
• Provide onsite training at client sites in both small group and classroom settings
• Follow up the training to ensure system use, satisfaction and accuracy of system
• Participate in outreach events to provide Medicity education
• Assist with training of Medicity employees
• Participate in meetings of the training team as established.
• Follow up on all new training requests within the next business day of receipt.
• Maintain an issues log by practice and ensure closure to all issues within 5 business days unless otherwise defined by the project team.
• Keep an up-to-date, error free record of all client contacts and status
• Provide training reports no more than two days after training is provided.
Qualifications
• 4 year degree
• 2 or more years of training experience
• Clinical/Provider hands-on training experience
