This position will be over the designing and creating a Software and Data Platform that will propel our organization forward. This platform will become the core set of services that will be used to accelerate solution development, application integration, and maximize our ability to fulfill our goals.
The types of applications potentially supported by this new platform will vary greatly. Applications will cover financial, HR, organizational management, purchasing, management, records management, public internet sites, administrative, and much, much more.

Qualifications
Individuals qualified for this position are expected to have:
- 15+ years of software development experience
- 10+ years of deep and broad architectural experience
- 5+ years of strong management experience with the ability to manage, lead and influence others
- Significant experience in building enterprise financial systems
- Significant experience in building platform services (software and data)
- Fluency in current technologies like: .NET/Java/C#, Database, WebServices, etc.
- Strong communication, problem solving, software architecture, technology, collaboration, and leadership skills
- BS in CS or equivalent experience
