Responsibilities:

• Create sales collateral, including web content, printed brochures, white papers, articles, newsletters, and advertising materials
• Take primary role in maintaining corporate website content
• Understand company messaging and positioning
• Develop and monitor compliance with style guide
• Regularly update all outbound marketing collateral
• Accept other marketing activities as assigned
• Help write proposals and RFP responses

• Experience: 3-5 years of professional writing, ideally within a marketing organization
• Familiarity with enterprise software solutions a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Humanities, Communications, Journalism, or related field
• Excellent written communication skills, with a proven ability to quickly assimilate new ideas and technology concepts
• Must provide writing and editing samples
• Ability to self-manage, balance competing priorities, and work against deadlines
• Sense of urgency for meeting commitments and completing assignments
• Appropriate balance of technical and creative marketing writing abilities
