Description
BaseCamp Franchising seeks a retail professional to be a Corporate Office Consultant. This person would manage and operate all aspects of a Kid to Kid retail store in preparation for a home office position consulting with national franchise partners. What this would entail during in-store training:
- Day to day operation and management of a Kid to Kid store
- Learning and mastery of all franchise systems and procedures
- Demonstrated results in the franchise location
What this job could eventually lead to:
- Advancement into Kid to Kid franchise store consulting role
- Further specialization and peer coaching
- Travel to national locations
